Rule 7.12 Written Correspondence

  Correspondence includes:

  • emails
  • letters

  Include details of the archive location if correspondence is saved, is shareable, or otherwise retrievable

  Include original source, as well as cited material if reproduced within another source.
   This appears after the full date or pinpoint, and be preceded by a comma and followed by the words   reproduced in

Standard format for citation

    Type of Correspondence  from  Author  to  Recipient ,  Day Month Year ,  Pinpoint , archived at < URL >.
