• Capitalisation practice should be consistent.
• Titles and subtitles of books are given maximal capitalisation (title case).
• All words other than prepositions, conjunctions, and definite and indefinite articles (a, an, the) are capitalised.
• Book titles are italicised when typed or underlined when handwritten.
• Include the DOI for e-books in your reference, if given. If not, cite the name of the full-text database used to source the document. Otherwise, cite the URL.
• Include a Distributor name after the Publisher name only if it appears on the title page along with the publisher's name.
