BONUS+ service suspended

As part of our response to COVID19 and due to the physical closures of member libraries and campuses, the BONUS+ service has been suspended until June 30th 2020.

This means you are unable to request items from other BONUS+ partner libraries during this period.

If you have a BONUS+ item currently on loan:

  • We will automatically renew your loans every three weeks until the BONUS+ service resumes.
  • You will receive email notification close to when the item is due informing you of its new due date.
  • Check My Library to see any of your items are due.

If you have a current BONUS+ request:

Suspension of the BONUS+ service will be reassessed at a later date.
