Book chapters are sometimes scanned and placed in the Electronic Course Materials Service (ECMS).  To access these go to the Library Catalogue and search under your Unit Name or Code or by the name of the Unit Coordinator.

You also know this is a chapter in a book because both the place of publication and publisher are recorded (this is usually not the case with a journal article)

Now, how to find it in the Library Catalogue?

To locate a book chapter search on the title and/or the editor of the entire book (not the chapter title or chapter author).

In the example above you would search by title - Plague, Pox and Pestilence

or

by the editor - Kipple, Kenneth F.
