Transnational Education (TNE): My Unit Readings

An introduction to providing transnational education at Murdoch

My Unit Readings

My Unit Readings provides a convenient way of accessing all the essential and recommended readings for your unit.

How to Access My Unit Readings List

You will find your unit reading list via a link in MyUnits. Alternatively, My Unit Readings is also available from the Library homepage. You can search for your reading list using the unit name, unit code, or unit coordinator.

Creating a Profile

Setting up a profile will help you to manage your lists. You can create an index of your current unit lists, add your own personal study notes, and even customise your list view.

  1. Click Log In at the top of the page
  2. Enter your Murdoch username and password
  3. Follow the prompts to create your profile. You will only have to do this once.

Adding a Reading to 'My Lists'

To add a reading list to your 'My Lists' section, simply click on the 'Add to My Lists' button at the top right of the page.

Adding a Study Note and 'Read' Status

To add your own study notes to a reading, simply click on the 'Add note' button to the right of the reading.

You can also change the 'read' status of a reading to remind yourself whether you have read the text (you can mark the reading as will read, reading now, have read, or won't read). Your personal study notes and read status are private, so only you can view them.
